Brothel Master 0.5.0 — Stability Update + 8 New Languages

A big stability pass just landed for Brothel Master. Version 0.5.0 stamps out most of the heavy bugs that were breaking client and worker behaviour, adds a whole stack of new languages, and polishes the way the place looks and sounds. Here’s everything that changed.

🌍 New Languages & Localization

  • Added Portuguese language.
  • Full localizations added for Spanish, German, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, French and Russian.
  • Added Options / ESC buttons for dialogue (Missions Intro & Outro screens).

✨ Improvements

  • Fixed widescreen aspect ratio — the game now displays properly on wide screens.
  • General lighting improvements — reduced fog and light scatter in the main game & sex levels.
  • Removed crowd background noise.
  • Clients now pick a random room instead of always taking the first available one.
  • More improvements to worker level / experience logic.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed dialogue UI elements that wouldn’t disappear after a conversation ended.
  • Fixed an auto-clean button that appeared when upgrading rooms — clicking it stopped rooms from being cleaned.
  • Fixed assigned workers stopping work at max lounge level after saving/loading.
  • Fixed saving/loading during a conversation breaking client and worker behaviour.
  • Fixed clients being assigned an invalid worker, which permanently froze their behaviour.
  • Fixed rooms sometimes getting locked and staying inaccessible to clients/workers.
  • Fixed stuck characters not resuming their behaviour and standing still.
  • Fixed angry clients freezing in place — they now leave after a while.
  • Fixed an angry client reducing the safety rating multiple times instead of once.
  • Fixed a trained girl’s new level not updating mission requirements.
  • Fixed a girl’s progress not updating in the mission window.
  • Fixed level 2+ rooms not displaying correctly in the mission window.

🛣️ What’s Next

With most of the heavy bugs now behind us, our focus shifts to two things: finishing the refactor of the game’s core systems, and adding a lot of new content — brothel sex animations, worker clothing, hairstyles, skin textures and more. The first major update will also introduce full Character Customization, letting you personalise both your Player Character and your workers.
